Call for FACS Leaders

You’re never too busy to be involved in FACS!

The Office of Community Standards is looking for staff to volunteer in the student conduct process. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me by email or phone, if you have any interest or questions. All positions are on an as-needed basis depending on the conduct cases our office receives and volunteer availability. OCS provides a training via Zoom for all opportunities.

  • Conduct Counselor. Conduct Counselors are trained individuals who agree, on a voluntary basis, to provide private support to parties (Responding Students and Reporting Parties) in cases in which they are not involved. Conduct counselors are available for parties (in most cases typically a Responding Student) to speak with candidly about their case throughout the process. Note: this is different from OCS staff roles in the conduct process – the Conduct Counselor is not investigating or making any decisions about the alleged violations. Conduct Counselor Interest Form
